We have seen how pet insurance has been disappointing and enraging our clients for years with hidden exclusions, small print and long delays. At last, here is pet insurance that is on your side for a change Our range of insurance products have been developed with you and your pet in mind.
All our Village Vet staff are fully familiar with the Total Care policy range. They will be able to provide details of how to obtain a quote or further information and can even assist with the completion of claim forms.
Our Gold and Silver policies include cover of up to £5,000, and Bronze up to £2,000, for the treatment of each unrelated condition each year.
A key benefit of these policies is that they are "lifelong" and your benefits will be reinstated year after year as long as the policy is renewed. No exclusions will be made after 12 months - as can be the case with some policies.
Furthermore, 'direct claims' are possible for Village Vet clients. This means that eligible treatments will only require payment of the £69* excess. Please note that for pets over the age of 8 years, a 15% co-payment will apply to each claim payment for Veterinary Fees, Special Diet and Complementary Medicine, which is in addition to the deduction of the applicable standard excess.
*If your pet is treated at a non-Village Vet clinic you will need to pay a higher standard excess of £89 (+15% for pets over the age of 8 years).
